Finding the Elusive Path - Part 2
Extraordinary Challenges in Awareness through Movement
An advanced online course for Feldenkrais Practitioners

...Life is a process of acting which needs internal organization of oneself "
"...We learn to organize ourselves internally to meet challenges
Dr. Feldenkrais, The Elusive Obvious
Join me for an online six session course, where we will explore extraordinary challenges in Awareness through Movement.
Dr. Feldenkrais' endeavor of using movement as the means for self-development has lead him to create numerous strategies and approaches that are implemented in ATM lessons.
He advocates the reduction of effort on the premise that working with ease promotes awareness, improves sensory acuity, and leads to greater efficiency of movement.
Yet many lessons, are constructed around a challenge, where finding the easy path is not so obvious and might even be perceived as impossible. How to deal with such challenges can be quite elusive.
These challenges, crafted to expose and reveal our habitual behavior, create an opportunity for self-observation.
Through noticing one's compulsive reactions a transformational opportunity emerges, calling for a reorganization of our attention and intention.
Each two-hour session includes a full Awareness through Movement lesson in which we explore the lesson's extraordinary challenge. Each session will be accompanied by a discussion and a theoretical overview of the unique opportunities that emerge from the lesson.

"I am part of an on-line mentoring group with Raz. On top of knowing his stuff - he is kind, gentle, and very insightful.
This has been the most effective learning experience I have had since graduating from my training in 2005." Astra Coyle, GCFP
"I can’t tell you how much I am loving your workshop! It’s been so helpful and restorative in every way. After 36 years of practicing Feldenkrais as a student & now a teacher, I’ve had many excellent teachers. You are right up there near the very top of the list." Madeline Rogers, GCFP, New-York.
"Raz makes learning fun(even on Zoom!) Raz is wonderful and I learned so much...loved the content and the pacing. I am not only appreciative of his insight and knowledge but of his passionate and caring personality that I felt through the screen! And that's not easy when it's virtual!!" Reena Friedman, Washington.
"The fact that I look forward to 8am Zoom trainings is, I think, a testament to Raz’s great teaching. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable & generously shares his knowledge with skill & patience. He is very open to questions so we are all able to process the information both intellectually & experientally. I look forward to more studying with Raz in the future!" Jan Hetherington, GCFP
